Dr. Meagan was so fantastic! She and her staff were so kind and patient with my 6.5 year old daughter. She had a calm presence that immediately put my daughter at ease and her clear explanation of our treatment plan and options. I also very much appreciated that she was honest about not needing treatment immediately and instead gave us a good game plan going forward. Everyone we encountered was friendly, patient, and clearly wanting to make the entire experience enjoyable. My daughter WANTS to go back!

I went in for a consult and was seen by Mandy and Dr. Megan. They both we pleasant and informative. I told Dr. Megan what my smile goals are and she told me how we can achieve them. Mandy throughly explained the different options for me and elaborated on the pros and cons of the various treatment options. While the price point at this office is higher than the one I left, the customer service is outstanding and that’s very important when dealing with patients.

Move to Georgia 2 months ago with my family, my daughter had a expander in her mouth and it was hurting her and she just wanted to get out. I called over 8 different orthodontists and nobody would help us. We call silver smiles. This is the most wonderful, friendly, helpful. Are truly this place was wonderful. Silver Smiles has literally given me a colgate smile!!!! I am sure companies will want me for a commercial at some point! It is very clean inside. They offer mouthwash as well as toothbrushes to clean between adjustments.My teeth are so beautiful, my confidence is through the roof!Thank you!!

Great customer service, great experience, and lots of client education to help the mom of a kid who just got braces. We have been going to Silver Smiles for a few years and every visit they are exceptional in their care and how they treat their patients. They are up front with cost expectations and offer discounts if paying for services up front. Would certainly recommend them!!

I feel so blessed to be here. I recently transferred care from another orthodontists office that did not take my teeth alignment seriously, but here at Silver Smiles they have been extremely professional, easy to communicate with, communicated with me my treatment plan and things they would like to change about my smile which I completely agree with. They changed out my attachments, started me on new trays, let me take all of my trays home, gave me a bag of everything I will need to care for my teeth, and gave me my confidence back. Their office is very clean, they have updated technology, it was soo easy to get an appointment here and to make a follow-up appointment, and the staff is so pleasant. I feel completely confident in Dr. Meagan and her staff and I am so happy they are a part of my teeth alignment journey. I have not had to wait long in the waiting room (less than 3 minutes each time) and each appointment has been hassle-free.

It’s always a pleasure when I go in for my adjustments. The entire office staff are always so kind. I remember when I first got my braces on I experienced a death in my family and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a condolences card in the mail. And everyone in the office wrote something kind and signed it. It brought me to tears. What business is doing that these days? Not many. It goes to show that they don’t just want your money but they actually care about you as a person. Honestly I’m in my 40’s and these are my 3rd set of braces (last time I promise) and Dr. Meagan is hands down the best orthodontist I’ve encountered. She’s always smiling and most of all she knows what she’s doing. I’m now at the end and my braces will be off in 2 months and I intentionally waited to review to see would the great customer service continue… AND IT DID! I highly recommend Silver Smiles for kids and adults. P.S. I am writing this review on my own 🙂

This is my latest post at 3 month checkup. I landed in Gabby's chair this time. She was AWESOME, she kept me informed as to everything she was doing as well as explaining why it was being done. She was so patient with me as I have problems lying completely flat since a bout with pneumonia some years back. She ensured I was comfortable even if it meant she had to stand. I really appreciate her professionalism,knowledge, her meticulous work,and loving what she does. Keep up the great work!!! 🙌🏽

I love the staff. But I feel like the service takes forever. I mean like going every 3 months I feel like it slows up the process tbh. Because after a month my teeth don’t really move until I get them tightened again 2 months later. When my daughter had them she went once a month and her progress was so much faster

Always a pleasure whenever I visit this office. Why? Bc the office staff is always pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. And, I just I love Dr. Strum.Dr. Strum is so pleasant and approachable. I drafted a list of questions that I wanted to address with Dr. Strum prior to my visit. When she came to examine me she's so detailed oriented that remarkably, she noticed my questions on my phone and didn't flinch! In fact, she encouraged me to fire away with my questions.Picture that, scripture that... a Dr. Who willingly welcomes questions! Epic. Most doctors just wanna' rattle off their memorized medical terms & jargon and rush you out the door. Thoroughly impressed with Dr. Storm's bedside manner and patience. Got all my questions answered and satisfied with my progress.Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't note that I like the fact that the office has a very diverse patient clientele. Diversity is key. A doctor that sees people from all races, walks of life, and cultures is informed, open-minded, and my kind of doctor. I really enjoy my every three months visit, the office is always clean everyone is always friendly and Dr. Meagan is awesome we are literally the same age and we both were born in January. I said that to say she actually talks to her patients on a personal level. I started my treatment in January the day before my birthday and so far I love it here even though my teeth are sore right now. I would give 10 stars if I could .

So I had visited multiple orthodontists before who all said my jaw needed to be broken 😮… Not only did Dr. Sturm NOT break my jaw, but she transformed my horrible underbite into a great smile. I’ve never had more than a 10 minute wait… and usually its 5 minutes tops. They rock!!!

My youngest daughter has had her braces with Silver Smiles. It is a convenient location. The staff and doctors are fabulous. They are COVID-19 safe. Great music plays in the office and they allow for a payment plan. My oldest daughter just started a second phase of Invisalign trays as she lost her retainer from a previous ortho from a different state. She left after her visit and said “I really like this ortho. The office is nice too.”

I had braces as a teenager and had really bad experiences with my previous orthodontist. Needless to say, I was not excited about getting braces for the second time as an adult. However, the staff at Silver Smiles made the entire experience painless. Everyone in the office always made me feel welcome and made sure to spend time and answer any questions I had. I started going to this Office roughly two years ago and every single visit i have had with them 2 years later were excellent. Great Customer Service, Awesome staff, really kind and helpful people, truly caring workers who actually interact and connect with their patients on personal levels. I started going to fix my Teeth and as of 11.28.2018 i got my braces off and my teeth are beautiful, I have gained so much confidence in my smile and I've overall had a wonderful experience. 10/10 Office, i recommend them to everyone i know. And to the entire Silver Smiles Staff a big thank you for everything you've done to asking how my day was to fixing my horrific teeth, i cannot express my gratitude enough.
